Your custom banner is designed to include your senior’s silhouetted main portrait and/or some action images incorporated into the design. Senior’s name, school name, colors, and mascot (with school district permission). Jersey number and sport; or band/activity.
*Vinyl is water resistant, but should not be kept outdoors permanently or in heavy wind. When not on display, keep out of direct sunlight and store in a dry space, rolled with image facing out.
How to order your Banner.

1. Choose your photos.
Choose a main HIGH-RESOLUTION portrait image, and if desired up to 4 additional images (ex. sport action images). This gives me options to work into the design. I don’t guarantee they’ll all be used depending on how the custom design is building. However, please let me know if you have some favorites that you’d definitely like used. Very important that they are good quality, high resolution images due to printing at the enlarged size. If unsure of quality, just email me the image and I’ll check whether it can be used. I realize some of your favorite sports images aren’t always going to be the best quality, but I can usually work them in with the magic of photoshop!
Try to be creative and have fun with your poses in images you choose… allows for a more dynamic design!

2. Start your order. Email me your images.
To start your order, email StoneBarnCreative@icloud.com your main HIGH-RESOLUTION portrait image, and if desired up to 4 additional images (ex. sport action images).
In email include:
• Your Name, Address, Email & Phone Number
• Senior’s Name, Jersey #, School Name
• Senior’s Sport, Band, or Activity
• Deadline banner needed by
• Your Choice Horizontal or Vertical Banner (Horizontal works best for multiple images used and vertical is best for one life size portrait image.)
• Payment Method Using (Cash, Check, or Venmo)

3. Approve your proof. Ready to print!
Once I have all design info and images, your banner is designed. I then email you a proof for approval. At this time, I would ask for payment if shipping is required; otherwise payment at pickup is fine. The banner is then sent off to print! Usually the banner is ready in 2-5 days.
Customer Service Policy. Please note that because each item is custom, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I care deeply that you are happy with your final product, so please let me know if something does not meet your expectations and I will do my very best to correct the situation. 2023 pricing - Subject to change.
