PET portraits.

A custom commissioned, hand-made watercolor painting of your beloved pet is the perfect, original gift that will be cherished for years to come. A beautiful and thoughtful gift idea for a friend or family member to capture the memory of their pet. Not only do I work hard to create a close likeness to your pet, but I take great care in attempting to capturing the animal’s personality as well.

You provide me your favorite image of your pet, and I paint an original piece of art based on the photograph you send. Tell me the story of your pet and any details that will make your painting more personalized and perfect for you. What would you like to add or remove in your painting? Do you have two photos you’d like to combine for the painting? Do you want the background included and what size? I’ll create a pencil sketch for your approval, and the next step is for me to paint your finished watercolor painting!

All my portraits are painted on acid free, heavyweight, 140 lb. watercolor paper using high quality Sennelier watercolor paints. Their honey-based formula not only acts as a preservative, but allow me the ability to create bold and radiant colors in my paintings.

Cherish your pet for years to come. Capture their memory!
